Combustible Dells
Thursday, June 29th, 2006I thought it was funny to see Greenpeace congratulating Dell for agreeing to phase out “all types of brominated flame retardents” in the same week as The Inquirer published photos of a Dell laptop exploding fairly spectacularly.
According to Greenpeace, most computer users are willing to pay extra for a “greener” computer. I wonder if they are willing to pay extra for a computer that does not burst into flames too?
